Experience restaurant-quality Peking duck at home with our dry-aged, charcoal-roasted whole duck, served with 10–12 pieces of home made pancakes for wrapping. Inspired by classic Beijing-style roast duck, this bird is carefully air-dried and aged to concentrate flavour, then roasted over intense high heat with a gentle touch of applewood smoke so the skin turns glassy-crisp and deeply bronzed, while the meat stays tender and juicy inside. Every order is cooked to order so you get that signature contrast of shattering skin, subtle sweet smokiness, and succulent meat in every bite.

Each set comfortably serves 2–4 people as a main and includes sliced cucumber and green onion for building perfect wraps. Layer a warm pancake with duck, cucumber, green onion, and your favourite sauce, and you have an impressive centrepiece that feels like going out for Peking duck without leaving your dining room. This is a great choice when you want something special and shareable, with a bit of tableside fun.

Because each duck is dry aged and prepared to order, we have very limited availability and a longer lead time than regular roasts. Please place your order at least two weeks in advance so we can age, roast, and rest your duck properly for the best possible flavour and texture.
